Seller lists item as mains powered and even offers an EU plug BUT, NO POWER SUPPLY comes with it.
Instead you are told to Directly wire two tiny wires it to your electricity (which is illegal to do throughout Europe and UK, and then also, somehow, add an inline resistor (what is that?) to one of those wires which would need a qualified electrician to install but no mention of that in the sellers descriptions !
I’m in complete shock that ths is een allowed to be sold.

Product came as described. It works with both Tuya and Smartlife apps. It connects with Alexa through skill but you cannot use it for anything with Alexa, like a trigger in a routine. Hope to fix the skill.

A campainha remota e de baixa qualidade, não vem manual, você troca a melodia, porém ela sempre volta na de fabrica. Sobre o porteiro eletrônico, achei os parafusos muito pequenos, não dando segurança para instalação diretamente na rua. Aconselho a usar alguma caixa ante-vandalismo para proteção da campainha na rua. A Alimentação da mesma e de 16 a 24 V AC (alternado) dificultando a instalação. Há um delay entre o audio e o video captado, mesmo com conexão estável de wi-fi. Funcionou com Alexa. Não da para usar a conexão USB para instalação (ela funciona somente para configuração) pois a tampa não fecha se estiver com cabo USB.

Chegou 4 dias antes do combinado Tem que comprar transformador para 24v ou utilizar carregador de celular USB.
Veio bem embalado e uma campainha portatil extra. Mas so funciona se conectado a um roteador Tuya, ou seja, ligado a uma rede Wifi.
vou precisar fazer uma instalação no portao externo, pois nao tem tomada lá para o carregador usb. Produto feito para apartamento.

The best doorbell that I purchased! The frame is not that strong, but compatible with the price! The Wi-Fi signal is strong, much better than others expensive doorbells that I already purchased. When the doorbell is triggered, I receive a notification at the same moment. My cellphone is a Samsung, and sometimes I did not receive the visual notification but my cellphone vibrate but, on the iPhone the notification are shown correctly.
